COVID-19 Weekly Testing & Vaccine Reporting

Dear Camellia Families,

SCUSD will provide routine surveillance COVID-19 testing to all registered individuals.  You only need to register your student one time for the school year at this link

If you already registered your student in Primary for COVID-19 testing, they will automatically be tested while on campus.

Please note that all students not yet vaccinated must participate in routine and regular testing.  We will begin our weekly testing on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 and every Tuesday following.

We are committed to taking all steps possible to slow and stop the spread of COVID-19 and regular testing is one strategy we can take, along with other health and safety measures, such as vaccination, face coverings and staying home when sick.

Please call the office for further questions.

Thank you,

Ms. McKelvey

New law expands grading and recovery options for students

The state of California recently enacted a new law – Assembly Bill (AB) 104 – that will expand learning and credit recovery options for students who may have struggled academically during the pandemic-impacted 2020-2021 school year.

These include a process for students who were enrolled in grades K-11 for the 2020-2021 year to request to repeat the last grade.
